japanese koi prints

The first of my art prints that I ever hung in my home were a series of 6 Japanese koi images. Over the years I culled the series down to the three best images.  These three are still on display in my house, and #2 has been on my website since it’s inception. For the first time, its companions join it on-line—click one to enlarge it.

The koi images are available as prints and digital downloads individually or as a set. For these images, a glossy paper works best. #2 is available only at 10″x20″—if you plan to hang as a grouping, I recommend 10″x15″ for the other images.

When you order a Japanese Koi or any other image from my animal collection, 50% of profits are donated to City Dogs RescueIn addition, if you order all three images you can save 15% for yourself – just enter coupon code THREEPLUS at checkout.

superbowl winnie

My superbowl week foster puppy, Winnie, won herself a forever home. She was way more fun than any football game.

a cobalt christmas

I had a fun time recently making Christmas photos of Cobalt, an incredibly silly 2-year-old coonhound, with his (slightly) less silly human, Annie. There was no snow to be had in November in DC, so we settled on a beautiful, golden afternoon just before sunset. Follow Cobalt to see all the pics.

they shoot doggies, don’t they?

I am not sure who “they” are, or whether or not they shoot doggies. But I certainly do! Here are a few images from a casual, spur-of-the-moment shoot at my neighborhood dog park (click an image to open a larger view).

pet portraits

I am in discussions with a local pet boutique owner to host an in-store pet portrait event. If everything works out, this will be a great opportunity for you to get a studio-lit, high quality portrait of your best friend at an exceptional promotional price. Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned on Facebook or Twitter for more news about this special event.
